This doesn't really look like a tier one song. Much harder than Celebrity Skin, even; a tier two song. XD
And the main riff sounds a lot like one of the Judas Priest songs, but I can't put my finger on it... It has the line "Drinkin' all my gin"... Maybe Devil's Child?
