I would love a cat (dad wont let it) i would love a dog (dad wont let it) i would love a rabbit...(dad wont let it) tortoise? hmmmm, a bit expensive but if it wasnt... mabey. wahoooooo. but they cost like £300, not any more i seen a tortoise and box stuff for like £198. so is it really worth it, i would love one more than anything.??? so what would you say?

You should ask your dad why he doesn't approve for dogs, cats or rabbits. If the reason is either, 1) because they're smelly, 2) noisy, 3) litter a lot, then you might have a chance. A tortoise (not turtle(they can be smelly)) is probably one of the least smelly pet, and they don't make much noise. If you get a small tortoise, they wouldn't litter so much. On the other hand, they can live much longer than any of the three pets your dad doesn't approve, so it is a little bit of a commitment.

zerosolid49: Unless you feed him/her tortoise pellets, I don't think there would be bugs or mice that would go after the leftovers. We feed ours mostly leaves, and the other things we give him are treats (fruits and other non-leaf vegetables), which are in very small quantity and eaten immediately.

Thanks for subscribing! His name is Mao. It's more of a girl's name. We thought he was a girl for a while, but as he grew up it became obvious that he is a boy...
We use Calcium carbonate powder as a Ca supplement. We also tried Calcium lactate, but apparently this had some unpleasant taste and he didn't like it.

no problem in my country they dont sell calcium powder so i use a clean nail file and scrape off the powder of the cuttle bone fish so it becomes powder its cute they sometimes get it around their faces ^^ cute hows mao now? when will you make an nother video i like the words you put i like the video when you say 'Its higher then i thought' .... 'ouch'
