im not sure what you mean by "rear fog light", but some have red brake lights(sport) and others like this one have clear lights that light up with red L.E.D.s(Gran Touring). and yes you can bye them from corksport and protege garage.

Just bought one in white. I have plans of swapping out plastics inside for more red/black accents. Getting two black racing stripes on it this week. Installing a Ferrari horn as well. Stock horn sounds terrible.
