My second custom track in F-Zero Climax. The course name actually refers to the two huge shortcut in lap two and three, which can shave off a lot of time from the counter, as the first lap is considerably longer. Too bad Climax doesn't allow custom jump lengths, like in the F-Zero X Expansion Kit.

It's called "Boost Fire", by presing L&R, then boosting. Actually it has the same speed (with Dragon Bird about 1,4k, as shown), but it takes more energy and in GP mode it does a lot more damage to enemies.
Either way, it just looks plain cool for me - and unlike GP Legend I actually like the announcer's voice, shouting "Boooost Fire" here, heh. Still, using a the Max Boost allows you to drive even faster, but this only works once or twice (you get one per lap) per race.
