you know what I noticed? Although it is ok to like or not like any music, Ive never heard a passionate guitarist say they were not inspired and awed by nuno's playing and writing. My opinion doesnt matter but if you play guitar like myself and you try to master the licks he plays you become humbled quite quickly...

i love ed- but nuno takes it to a place where very few rock guitarists dare to tread; he funks everything up when others play it straight 4/4. the mofo swings and that is where he is amazing. too bad the drummer couldn't swing with him; he sucked.

Nuno openly credits Van Halen as being an influence, amongst several others, but Nuno applies his ex-drumming skills to his guitar knowledge and technique, and has a really unique sense of rhythm and timing which is cleearly evident in his riffs and solos. And has a fiery tendency to his playing which few guitarists possess. Sure, Im a Nuno fan, but you cant argue with such evidence!
