im not quite sure about hat this story is meant to mean but here's how i think it goes :
-> a car's crashed against a wall near the licker store (therefore the two scars) probably killing a female (keep her company till next night)
and the pentagon is probably the investigation going on. and of course the chorus is the chaos after the female's death.
this is not fact. just my opinion
