OK I have a question. If there were 6 white people beating up a black kid, the African American community would be protesting and wanting them to be in jail. No they aren't "jackass". They face aggravatd assault. The only one who's been to trial pleaded guilty and got 18 months, with a number of those months on house arrest. Before the marches, he was offered 1 year in jail with 2 more suspended.
