Well.. I wanted the video to be very open in the sence of what is going on, and let people see it in their own way.. but the way I think of it: He does know it's Rose, but he's been so sure she couldn't return, that he's pretty much in shock :P ..which is why it ends with him saying "Rose" ... because he does remember.. :P haha.. but if you see it another way, that's good too :D haha..
