You are right some Atheists are just as dumb. I know many Christians who couldn't tell you the first thing about being a Christian and I know some Atheists that can't put together a coherent argument to defend their position. The difference is that the idiot Atheists are not trying to run our country like idiot Christians. I don't know if this post is in response to something but there is a HUGE difference in scientific theory and the way most people use theory. A scientific theory is made up of scientific laws and data collected from many different scientists and many different repeated experiments. The theory of gravity is more powerful than the law of gravity because the law of gravity makes up a small part of the bigger theory... ya get it?

I find it sad that the majority of people in America enjoy being spoon-fed evolution from the government. I mean come on. We learn it every year in school. Over and over again. Start thinking for yourselves. There is no proof behind evolution. If it was true, it would be labeled a FACT rather than a THEORY. So, I'll stick with the logical theory, Creationism, thank you.

Geology shows that fossils are of different ages. Paleontology shows a fossil sequence, the list of species represented changes through time. Taxonomy shows biological relationships among species. Evolution is the explanation that threads it all together. Creationism is the practice of squeezing one's eyes shut and wailing "Does not!"

Honestly, ignoring the subjects of science does not constitute refusing to be spoon-fed it. Try actually researching the topics your trying to speak of. You appear not to have even an 8th grade level understanding of scientific subjects as you cannot differentiate the variance between a scientific theory and the word "Theory" as you would use it in every day conversation.

If you don't believe in the theory man has purposed for evolution, that's one thing, but to deny that life can't or doesn't evolve, then you are denying a fact. Some people still believe that the Earth is Flat and we still refer to the sun as 'rising' when we all know that it doesn't actually rise.

Modern medical research is based on evolution-primarily, common descent. Creationism is a theory but one that has been falsified along with protein as the hereditary material and many, many more. Not meaning that God has been falsified but a specific way he created: All species, created in an instant 6,000-10,000 years ago. We know, as FACT-it did not happen that way. creationISM not to be confused with, creation.

Logical? At the time of Noahs flood there were 3 Million species on earth (many more now) - 2 of each kind means 6 million animals aboard an "ark" for 40 days and nights. Without Evolution how do you propose the different races on earth came to be from one mother and father, Adam and Eve?? Racial characteristic are a product of gentic drift in response to environmental pressures from a location on the globe.God Bless.

A planet without evolution would make God an incompetent designer-it would mean that he creates a species, it is not good enough, he lets it go extint, creates again one almost like the last with slight improvements, lets it go extince and starts creating again-ad infinitum. Would you rather have a God that created via an intelligent process like evolution or one that keeps creating because the last was not quite good enough - your choice.

I too see a regression of intellect in this country, which will hand over scientific jobs to other countries not based in myth. This will drastically affect our economy when skilled jobs are sent overseas...ummm..wait a minute!

E.L.F-There is nothing logical about creationISM. I think you are confusing creation with creationISM. CreationISM is a falsified theory on a specific way God created i.e: all species in one instant between 6,000-10,000 years ago. Most Christians on the planet are not creationsts and accept evolution as the mechanism God used to create. Even the Texas Board of Education said creationISM will NEVER be taught in Texas public schools. Texas is a Bible Belt State. Teaching falsehoods is dangerous.
