Yes N.Gallagher is that good that he is only able to write in one genre (which isnt really impressing) He has inferior songwriting capabilites to that of Damon Albarn. Damon not only founded britpop with ' Modern Life Is Rubbish ' but can write in many genres such as, pop, rock, techno, gospel and funk to name a few. Plus I would say that Damon's Grammy award speaks volumes in itself. I cant see Noel writing a critically acclaimed opera anytime soon like Damon. He doesnt have the capability.

blur arnt around because damon decided himself he wanted to do something else, not because they were getting worse. set up gorillaz and they actually broke america. has noel done that yet. he invented the good the bad and the queen which went no.2 with no airplay and was very highly critically acclaimed plus set up an opera. i doubt any member of oasis could so any of that. oasis are getting worse every album while blur got better. think tank was an amazing album. underrated by amazing
