Again, Allah's command in the Quran should alone decide superiority of one over the other.
The fact is, the superiority of one over the other, that is in the eyes of Allah, and not our opinion, is what really counts.
Superiority among followers in the 23 years in the eyes of Allah is based on their degree of taqwa & Allah's mercy.
It is Allah's prerogative and for us to ..
They were all successful people, because Allah clearly honored them in the last verse of Baqra (Amanarrasolo..), honored Ayesaha, r.a as Ummolmomineen, clearly honored Abu Bakr in Tauba.
Allah also clearly in Quran promised jannah to the 10.
Also, if someone does not agree, it means Allah did not really know about how those, who Allah is praising, will be conducting themselves in the future.
Also, it is not justified to be selective according to preference, in using the rule of not accepting an essential belief, unless it is explicitly given Quran.
The principle is, if a fundamental or essential of deen which can make you or break a you as Muslim or Non Muslim,is not explictly commanded at least the highest level, then it is not not an essential requirment to be a Muslim.
Valid principle is due to the fact Quran is the only utlimate guidance by itself.
Therefore, You dwell into explanations, historical references for fundamental of deen to prove soemthing, only if the essential is explicitly commmanded by Allah in Quran.
No hard feelings.
It is obvious what I say.
He is brillian.
But being brilliant does not mean, you can apply a certain princple selectively.
Because I have heard him using the same princple to make his point on other issues.
When it comes to the level where you need to provide with explanations, or inferences to get the basic meanign at the highest level (without detail), then the human input or feedback is involved.
When human feed back is involved it drops to the next level.
It is no longer pure divine.
As an example Zakat is mandated explicitly in Quran, may be at the high level.
Not believing or refusing it will break you as a Non Muslim.
Now if it was not divinely commanded and brought in by scholars through explanations, references, then the process is happening at a different level.
No longer remains an essential tenet of deen.
Important thing is if the divine principle is not used in one case, then it should also not be used selectively to prove another point.
Now to accept other essential pillars and claiming them to be from divine and, not using this principle, is not fair.
It is called double standard.
It is called being selective to prove your point.
That is why Quran walk is a different set of activivity at a different level, which involved divine inspiration and logical use of brain.
Let us not accept anything as basic tenet of deen, or pillars of Islam, that is not explicitly commanded by Allah through revelation.
The order or sequence must be set right to get the facts staright.
The Muslim like the model of prophet.
Did the prohet set the model of Muslim or not?
This practice of asserting essentials of deen, even if it is not explictly commanded in Quran, is the root cause of sectarian divide.
Something that is pillar of Islam in the eyes of any group, not explicity commanded in quran at least at the hig level (no detail), does not have to be even considered for explanations, interpretation or deriving inferences.
Where are the funds going to come from, if the sponsor has not explicitly given the confirmation regarding the investment.
It has to go in the proper sequence. Otherwise, the logic is flawed.
No hard feelings.
It is simple clear logic without bias and love for all for the sake of Allah.
If you see any being other than Allah and his rasool, from outside the bounds of those 23 years becoming fundamental to your belief set, it should raise a red flag, that your belief set is corrupted.
May God's Blessings be on all of you.
but thank you anyway haha :D
Sometime one does not need to got into details, they become irrelevant, though eloquently presented, because the unavoidable exclusive requirement of 23 years, rules out the importance of details beyond 23 years being conveyed eloquently.
He may not be inaccurate on everything.
In fact he may be very informative & excellent on few things.
As a Muslim if we learn from the prophet's family or other pious Muslims who lived in those 23 years, we actually learn about the prophet's way and, that is the real intention.
