i don't believe this video to be too sappy at all. i see these quotes as sharing a deeply relatable feeling that everyone has. it's almost a secret feeling that we keep from others, sometimes even ourselves. it made me realise how i feel and to be honest it makes me want to change some things about the way i am... great song too.. i first heard it on jessica biel's myspace page.. idk if that's how you spell her name lol

Well, I agree - just as Leechdom told us - but I would say: you CAN be your greatest enemy. Oh yes, this works very well ! And I'm very familiar with this role.
But on the other hand it's also possible to be your greatest friend. It's hard sometimes to train oneself towards this point of view. But at the same time it's very healthy for soul & spirit. If you want to be loved, start with loving & accepting yourself !
