Communist govermenments always support their athletes with what money they have. Remember how powerful the Soviet's were in the 70's and 80's and at the time Russia's economy was struggling.

I just got afraid to ever meet Jet Li in real life. I always wondered: "Yeah, I hear he's really strong, and he is a Martial Arts prodigy. But...is there any chance that he could be defeated? Is he REALLY all that good?"
I think I just got my answer. He trained really hard, and now he can beat practically anyone.

anyone who thinks bruce lee is more skilled as a martial artist than jet li i disagree with. Bruce lee is a legend who brought allot of chinese martial arts mainstream to a western audience. He also happened to be one of the most athletic martial artists seen in the movies
