O_O amazing! i used to be able to do some of this stuff before it had an official name but now i got bad knees and i cant compress without buckling i did a lot of high jumping and wall runs, stuff is to much fun i wish i could do it again sigh... if i knew it was gonna catch up to me i would have pushed it harder while i could, you guys are awesome no limits keep going ^_^

Free running is a sport....you can learn it like any other. Just go to American Parkour (dot) com, it's the best place to learn online, and has the biggest free running and parkour community, and it has tutorial vids and everything!
