Negotiators in Kenya are continuing talks with Somali pirates holding 20 hostages on board a seized Ukrainian freighter, the Faina. Earlier they issued an ultimatum saying they would kill hostages if a multi-million dollar ransom is not paid by Tuesday.

There is a give and take issues in there. WHen people are Hungry they go to war for food. Is a very simple princple. IF UN had provided proper help for Solmali, then most likely pirates would not exist. However, the biggest problem is that the government themselves are the one who is taking away the food from the people, so the pirates had to find other alternative choices. THey have gone extreme already. What the world need to do is feed them provide support keep stable. Very difficult case.
