my fenders action is just right at the lower frets like 1 through 7 but once i get up higher teh action is wayy to high how to adjust it in that specific spot without getting buzz?

might be a simple neck adjustment: sinch your neck allen towards you if its bowed ...and move the allen head away from you if its bending backwards

also my ibanez could never be with a good setup, now that i returned the epiphone les paul standard to the store, i got this fender stratocaster mim guitar and now this.... it already had a setup in the store free help please..! also when i use the whammy bar it sounds like the strings are poping something like that, but if i keep pushing it down it stops, then again.

It is an american deluxe strat. I can tell because of the tremolo bridge, the pickguard and the Seymour Duncan pick ups. But who knows? Maybe it is a Mexican strat modified.
