No, it was two particular sounds which I couldn't pronounce in any word they appeared in. If that's not a speech impediment then neither is not being able to pronounce r's considering it's exactly the same thing. Was not really a strong argument you presented there. And the the age I stopped doing it was at around 13, so up until that point I'd lived talking like that for my whole life (or since I could talk rather).
