0:36 A PPG Wave (of all things... sounds beautiful passed through an overdrive/distort)
0:49 A PPG Waveterm A computer/sampler (very ahead of its time... wonder what Trent uses it for?)

No, the house wasn't destroyed in Katrina. It is in Garden District, there wasn't flood. Actually Trent sold it in march 2005 and moved to LA (for $1,8 million-that's a curious detail ;-) ).
