For the drop d stuff, in the arm the homeless guitar it's two active emgs which is very different from a tele. his live sound is very different from the records when he uses his tele so i wouldnt even be surprised to hear that he doesnt use the tele on the albums.

I love the finish. My local music store has an american classic in that finish, but it sounds sterile.
I'm really looking forward to purchasing one soon though.

could anyone tell me if (in their opinion) this guitar is better overall compared to the classic player 60s? i'm having a really hard time deciding which one to get... i prefer the neck on this, and the sound, but the 60s looks so much better (to me).

How come nobody ever takes the red sticker(stamp) off of the guitar.I have noticed that in other videos,if u look at other videos related to this video then you can see that hardly anybody has tokk the stamp off,same goes for quite a lot of Fendr guitar videos on youtube.I would personally take the sticker off,it looks a whole lot better.

the one thing i dont like is the locking tuners on the machine head coz anytime i have to change the strings on my 50's strat i have to ask my dad to do it coz he is more used to those type of things.

it ain't that hard to learn, just needs a lot of practice, i'm half way to where Broadcaster1950 is, aka great blues. Good job homie!
