no. playing soccer is a sport, playing wow is a fucking computer game. atleast with sports you are outside seeing REAL people, in wow you can see REAL PEOPLE'S CHARECTERS. big difference, i use 2 play wow. 2 of my mates still play, and 1 was the guitarist for my band, but no he never rocked up to practise because he claimed his guild was "doing raids" or he was "getting atuned" so we kicked him out. this game ruings lifes, blizzard is the devil :D

I'm probably not very qualified to say what is or isn't the best in terms of MMOs, because these days they all bore me to tears. Anarchy Online, DAOC & The original Ultima were all great game though. LOTRO is also better then WoW.

That's exactly my point. WoW is so popular because Blizzard spent $200 MN getting it to be that way. It has relatively little to do with it being a "good game" it's just that so few people know of other better ones.
