For a while this song was my absolute favorite eventhough none of my friends knew the band back then. Im glad to see they are still doing awesome.. but at the same time i hope they dont get too commercial. I also appreciate the input of the first few comments.
... Makes you think about life... you can see society as a bad thing, or something you can make the best out of. It all depends on your own opinion of happyness and where you get your meaning out of life.

This song is incredibly condecending to me. I'm sorry I wear a suit to support my family. I guess being in my late 20's and actually having a clue what I wanted out of life makes me incredibly uncool. I wish I could be glib and write music for skinny pants wearing hipsters, who resemble the agenda suicide portayed in the song much more so than the suits that were being portrayed. I used to be a big fan of this band, but I don't like feeling insulted.

Imagine life if we didn't have to work though, how much simpler it'd be and how much better overall it would be, because you would have more time to enjoy the things in life. LollerDerby, I don't want to give the impression that I don't like the band. I really do, and generally I think they perfectly strike the balance between having fun and having something to say, while still being musically innovative and fun. My previous comment merely states that I think this particular song is a bone thrown to the disenfranchised ADHD hipster pseudo intelectual youth, similar in fashion to a "punk" band that puts a piano pop power ballad as a bone thrown to the teenie boppers.
