Great points all around.
One of the main failure points I have seen in every company but one is the lack of customers being brought in by distributors. The average is around 1 per distributor.
If you think about how a traditional business (not NWM) is run, the profit base is almost entirely based on customers buying products... not new distributors coming in to bring in new distributors.
Yet in NWM, we ignore that... except for one company.

And you're right - it's a very subtle
shift from that state of still being
dependent on someone or something
outside of yourself for "help" to being
