Well that is one way of looking at it, but the flip side would be that the world would no longer be UniPolar and that would definetly be good for the world!
If we lived in a multi-polar world Iraq would never have happned,(the USA wont touch Iran becuase of Russian backing). Even American ally India doesnt agree with Iraq or USA's view on iran, I can only see positives here! However i do find it ironic that the wealthy Arab world backs the USA over India!! :S
