xD haha, aww it's so cute :] My cat twinkle sounds like that whenever she meows lol. She doesn't meow a lot. It's rare if she does in a day D: but when she does it's sooo cute! ^^ And she loves lights on the walls XD she tries to get them haha.

Cats do that when they see things they want to kill/attack but can't reach 'cos they're practicing the 'fatal bite' they would use if they killed it. Not sure why they make the noises though...
