This is actually a spec corporate video created by Neill Blomkamp of The Embassy Digital Effects Inc. for a fictional company named Tetra Vaal.

good point, but the reality is the technology is here its been here since the fifties, maybe not the flyning cars. but everything else. THE REASON y its moving slow? simple:

This may not be far fetched as many seem to think.. I am reading a book by Dale Brown, callee Act Of War".. In it they have secretly developed an CID-Cybernetic infantry Device. called an exoskelton. A soldier doesn't wear it like a suit of armour,but rides in it.. A computer interface translates his body movement into electronic signals that operate the robotic limbs.

This robotic device can be ridden by a soldier but can also operate on its own. It has incredible strength, enough to lift a bus on its own. And fast as a lol..speeding bullet or atleast a a very fast car and can carry more equipment than 4 soldiers and also protects itself or the driver from eviromental hazards..If we can dream it, we can DO IT!!
