The answer I got from my Congressman was that it would interfere with Congress getting things done. Which it won't. But that was the party line, so to speak. Another reason is that the Democrats don't think they'd win the presidency in 2008 if they impeached the main players in the administration. It could be cynical, or it could be from a genuine sense of urgency that McCain *not* win in November.

I hope all or our Congressional representatives, especially Speaker Nancy Peloci and Rep. Steny Hoyer understand what Non Feasance is, and remember the Nuremberg Trials. Seems to me Kucinich is the only one doing his job. On another note I remember Bill Clinton saying "I've never seen a candidate [Hillary] treated so badly just for running." I have. Her treatment was nothing compared to how Kucinich was depicted in the media. He was laughed at and ridiculed just for running for president.
