Well you're old and fat, so your weight cancels out any performance increase that your engine size gives. Whereas we are young and so don't have a choice to buy a bigger bike.

i have a rs 125 2005. it was my first bike and i only got it since i didn;t have time to do a theory and bike test etc.. i bought it brand new and it cost me £3700. it was expensive but because it was a 2t i didn't want to buy it off soemone incase they ragged the engine. it's a superb bike. i aint even bought a new one yet sicne it's still pretty good for london.

i disagree the sound of an engine is all down to you personal opinion and own tastes i love the sound of a 2 stroke in the morning lol i meen each to thtere own 4 strokes sound a bit like a fart i have a yz250f and i love the sound but im gonna get a 125 for the road in next few days and im looking at these aprillias they seem fast 4 125's

haaa 2 stroke is much faster than 4 stroke 2 stroke will always be better at everything apart from reliabilty which is where a 4 stroke comes in use

For a given displacement yes a 2 Stroke is faster/more powerful... But most race rules specify that a 4 stroke of roughly double the 2 stroke displacement is allowed, and then a 4 stroke is just as fast, if not faster than a 2 stroke. 4 Strokes also tend to have more torque, especially throughout the rev's. So they're not really beter at EVERYTHING... That said, 2 Strokes are soo much fun though, especially when they start to come into the power band!

well when your gonna double the displacment of a 4 stroke to compete with a lower cc 2 stroke your obviously gonna have more torque as you have much more power but seeing as riding a 2 stroke is so much fun ide drive a 250 2 stroke all day where i would get bored with a 1000cc 4 stroke.thats if the 2 stroke would last all day
