They are doing the first movie from an alliance point of view. Primary the horde will be "evil" in the movie, because that is how they are viewed by the races of the alliance, which will be featuring in this movie. Just like the nazis didn't think their cause was evil, when virtually everyone nowdays would say it was. It's all about perspective, and being alliance perspective, and a movie on war where there are "good guys" and "bad guys", the horde have to fill the bad guy role.

That is 100% false and incorrect. In fact I recall a college study in which the people who responded were mostly over the age of 18 on the alliance, while the opposite was true for the horde. Little kids play horde, especially adolescent boys.
