I've just been looking at their site. Strange that one of the stated "Creeds and Codes of Scientology" is:
"That all men have inalienable rights to think freely, to talk freely, to write freely their own opinions and to counter or utter or write upon the opinions of others;"
and yet they are going on a mass flagging campaign against their critics.
From what I've seen, I suspect this is one of the less reprehensible hypocrisies carried out by $cientology and it's cult members.

How is it "religious persecution"? There's evidence to demonstrate OSA's harrassment, cruelty, litigious nature, insecurity, and downright bloody FRAUD. Pointing this out and presenting evidence for this is HARDLY persecution. It's RESPONSIBLE JOURNALISM. It's how Wise Beard Man operates, and he doesn't deserve to be silenced for simply reporting the facts of the matter. Nor should Tory's personal accounts.

Well it looks like XenuTV will be restored if Stephen Colbert withdraws his copyright claim. See the side links for updated info.
BTW the music was from a 70s children's series Big Blue Marble. It was an early example of gentle multiculturalism where each episode they went around the world and filmed kids doing their ordinary everyday things. Seemed appropriate.

Let's put this another way. I find it striking that some people are SO aware of the vulnerability of the scams they are running that they will stoop to any level, legal or illegal, to prevent the world at large learning about them. The Cos is not a bunch of credulous idiots protecting their religious beliefs. These crooks are deliberately exploiting every loophole left in the fabric of society and the internet by decent people. Don't be so NICE; they don't deserve it.

I was among those who protested the Catholic church during conspiracy of silence. The actions of the church of Scientology serves only to silence critics.
The Jezuzfreek777 video was actually originally directed toward followers of Islam who engaged in a flagging campaign. I'm happy to co-exist with Christians, Muslims, anybody. However to co-exist we need our freedom of speech to facilitate this co-existence.

xenutv1 was banned before he violated TOS by making a new account after the first one was banned. The first one was banned because Viacom complained about a clip of Steven Colbert. YouTube said they would reinstate xenutv1 is Viacom took back the claims. Viacom called Mark personally and refused to do so.
So if the Co$ had anything to do with the video being taken down, maybe they complained that he made a new account against the rules. Not condoning the Co$, just pointing the whole thing out.

xenutv did get a dmca by the church of Scientology... which is still in mark's inbox. It's also interesting that xenutv only got valid DMCAs for two videos... there was a notice on Marks video on the Andrew Morton book that it was removed due to copyright claim by the CoS.
Either way, Mark Bunker is being held to a higher standard than ordinary users. This is selective enforcement. And you have the claims on Scientology channels that more accounts will be suspended in the future.
