Leaders of Scientology, Around 40 years ago, your predecessors began their campaign to receive recognition as a Tax Exempt religious organization with the Internal Revenue Service. After 25 years, with approximately 2500 lawsuits against the IRS in progress at the time, you were successful. You bribed, sued, and blackmailed the United States Federal Government in to submission.
15 years later, Anonymous has decided that your crimes will not stand. Your exemption for religious education - a benefit which no other religion enjoys - is in direct violation of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. This is the same amendment granting Freedom of Speech and press, two other freedoms which your organization has trampled on.
In the case of Sklar versus Commissioner, a Jewish couple attempted to obtain the same tax exemption for their childrens' religious education that your organization receives. They were denied. Despite this, Judge Wardlaw stated on February 4th of this year that your agreement with the IRS violates the Establishment Clause.
In Operation Snow White, your organization infiltrated 136 government agencies in 17 countries, as well as Interpol, with over 5000 covert agents. After your infiltration of these entities, 11 of your Leaders - including Mary Sue Hubbard - were convicted of felonies. Your victory over the IRS in 1993 is all the more intriguing when put in the context of your dark past.
The law is on our side. We will bring the full weight of government to bear against your abuses of law. A website for our campaign has been established at coslobby.com. Across the globe, Anonymous is demanding that our governments look into your status as a tax exempt organization wherever it exists. Anonymous will be heard in every jurisdiction where you hold such an unjustified privilege.
