great chart. I remember before gh3 how cool this chart was. I know it's very old, but i'd still like to make some comments on it. From 2:11-2:29 there should be no chords at all. The guitarist doesn't play chords in the real song, so your charting doesn't make sense. Also, i think you might have already changed this, but in the crazy tapping around 4:30 there should be no strums. It's tapping, the real guitarist doesn't strum those notes.
This is just suggestions and advice.
