I would love to see a 650 pound Siberian Tiger against those great danes. Not because it would be a good fight, but I hate dogs and would love to see of one of the biggest breeds of dogs absolutely mauled by a Siberian Tiger.

There teeth can be as large as 4+ inches and claws 4 inches. 2ndly the tigers reflexes, and lastly it's power. Tiger is estimated to be as strong as 15 healthy men. 2 great danes would not even come close to taking on any species of tiger. A tiger can break the back of a great dane with one swipe, attributed the to mass of muscle on it's shoulder's and arms.

However the Danes wouldn't be solo hunters, they are pack hunters. So its totally unfair to put a Pack animal Vs a solo animal. Of course the Tiger is going to win, he has to kill huge animals on his own. The Danes don't have to kill them on their own, and thus don't have to be as large. A pack of wolves can be huge, 10+ which would be eating Tiger for breakfast

It would take a whole pack of wild dogs to bring down a tiger. That's the only way dogs can kill adult tigers in the wild.
Maybe with 3+ great danes, all trained to fight extremely well, they might stand a chance. Tigers kill bears for food. A dog is just a snack.
