Nah man, that logic only applies to bench only competitors. The guys who weigh well under 200 pounds and bench 400 pounds, such as Claude Boyer who did it this weekend, don't compete in the squat and deadlift. This allows them to carry FAR less mass on their frame. To get a more accurate idea of strength to bodyweight ratios you have to combine the total of all three lifts. I'm 220 pounds now and can bench 405+ but I've squatted 605x2 raw with only a belt and pulled 585x3 off the floor raw.

Good point man! I agree. I am 230 and i'm starting to workout again, and i can bench about 405 now, probably squat around 550, and i don't know about the deadlift, but alot of those benchers don't have the strongest legs.
