To be fair though, I saw that show and the idea is quite cool... In the sense that Bill Hicks is supposed to have possessed the body of Chas Early in order to further paint his messages on culture and politics. I was very touchy about the idea before I went, but it was very entertaining

Style of delivery is well over 50% of a comedic performance, while he may have dressed it with a quick-fix idea that bill hicks is being channeled via his body, it is still just a fan who is incapable of devising his own abilities and thus incapable of being a proper comedian. check out 'Doug stanhope' he's an excellent progression of hicks'esque humour.
