I can't say since I don't have the first Rock Band, but it seems the other people here (Oskepirr, Rijm024, and REDIVY78) know that it's not a hack. You should also start using better grammar ("check and see ur self this song isn't i checked and its not i have the game no" What the hell?), because it's getting hard to understand you.
