when will people realize it is not the style of martial art you do but how well developed you are as a fighter. 99% of people who watch martial arts videos on youtube think o any mma fighter or any muay thai fighter would kick their ass they need to get of their ass and study martial arts. half of the mma fighters ive sparred with couldnt touch their toes. most people dont realize it but you must train your muscles not build them. its quality over quantity not the other way around
