@lightspeedkiller Are you SURPRISED!? This dude makes no money off this. He does it ONLY BECAUSE he wants to + loves and respects the source material. He has no expectations to live up to, no one to eff up his script, no hundred millions to worry about wasting, and therefore can afford to take risks/do whatever he wants, and I'd say delving deep into the heart of what makes comic books and movies tick can be seen as risky and avaunt-guard.
