Hey, if you don't understand Polish, you should consider learning it. Actually I think this is a fake video since the voice sounds pretty much like the Polish text-to-speech engine "Ivona". I don't guess they'd use that for dubbing.

Ha ha. Yeah, unfortunately it's true. For most shows. Although children's cartoons were often dubbed with several voices all in character (I don't know whether they still do now, but they did in the 80's).
This clip is just someone having a bit of fun on a computer. The things that these Smurfs are saying you would never play in front of children. Some very crass language. I'll leave to your imagination what Papa Smurf had to say about Smurfette.
