Yes actually it's a perfect example, its gotten to the point where people don't even think of it as an American thing, but rather a global thing. Same with Coke, MTV and McDonald's. They are all American but so globalised they don't seem anymore.

but i liked the movie,laughed many times but my friend had some fricking hurry so i didnt get to see the credits even if i wanted to.
i wouldnt give it a ten,id give it a 9 because ill probably rember the movie as that it was important for me when i grow because ive been a simpsons fan from since i was about 5 or 6.

It was really funny. Maybe it's because it was later at night, but it seemed to go by fast. (Come to think of it, how long was it actually?) I hardly watch The Simpsons, but I really liked the movie. Hated the price though. Fourteen dollars! Jeez.

(Now that I'm at a computer that has sound...) The beginning with Bart skateboarding was so funny, with the lady saying, "Follow where my finger is pointing!" or whatever it was she said. And SpiderPig! My friends and I started singing the SpiderPig song at random moments after we had seen the movie, as I'm sure others have too. "Maybe we should kiss to break the tension...." Very funny movie.
