[Mr. Jonas, Kevin, Joe and Nick were finally on their way to the studio]
MR JONAS: That was ridiculous. It took us 15 minutes to cross our own driveway.
KEVIN: Imagine the crowd in front of the studio.
[Joe blindly flipped through the albums on his iPhone. He wished he could get sucked into space where he could just float around; anything instead of facing the world. He cringed as he thought of facing the questions. What was he supposed to do when they asked about Sheryll? His thoughts were interrupted as they pulled up to the building and photogs were waiting at the ready. It was like walking into a war zone as Joe pulled his hat lower. Big Rob was at his side trying to keep them from being squished]
NICK: Well, that was new.
KEVIN: Yeah, I've never not wanted attention before.
[The radio interviewer, Tyler, came out to greet them]
TYLER: Hey! The Jonas Brothers in my studio! Come on in. We've got everything set up.
[Kevin, Joe, and Nick walked in and saw the sheet of questions they were going to be asked. Sure enough, Joe's "scandal" was near the top of it, followed by a question about Sheryll]
KEVIN: Joe, do you want to answer those?
JOE: I'm going to have to, sooner or later.
NICK: Looks like it's going to be sooner.
TYLER: Nick, Joe, Kevin! How are you guys?
[Tyler came in and shook hands with them]
NICK: We're doing ok.
TYLER: [Smiling] So I heard about Joe's late night out. Did you have fun with that model, Sheryll?
JOE: Uh—
TYLER: Wait. Hold that thought. We're on in 5, 4, 3, 2... This is GYT on the radio with the Jonas Brothers.
KEVIN JOE NICK: Hey.
TYLER: We all know how great their music is but what we are all just finding out is Joe's nightlife.
JOE: I don't have much of nightlife. It was actually just one night and my friend invited me along with her.
TYLER: About this friend, she's pretty hot. Sheryll, a new model, has only been posing for the best photographers here in America. What's going on between you 2, Joe?
[Joe wondered whether he should bring Gabby into the picture, but he didn't want her to have to deal with this even if she was causing all this]
JOE: We met at a photo shoot and we became good friends.
TYLER: The pictures that are spreading around are pretty hot, but what do you think your younger fan base and their parents are thinking about them?
JOE: Uh... I regret going out that night. From experience, I know that no one should let their emotions control what they do.
TYLER: Is it true that this club you went to was not for the underage?
JOE: Yes.
[The second part of the interview wasn't as bad as the first, but Joe didn't feel any better about himself. As they were walking out of the studio—with photogs still waiting outside—his phone rang. He waited till he was inside the car before answering it]
JOE: Hello?
GABBY: Joe, can we talk?
JOE: No, but thanks for making my life miserable.
GABBY: Don't hang up. Joe, I swear I didn't mean for all this to happen.
JOE: What did you mean to happen?
GABBY: I... Can we please talk?
JOE: Again, no. I think we should break up.
GABBY: You're... breaking up with me? Over the phone?
JOE: Yeah.
GABBY: Fine.
[Gabby hung up and sat at her window]
GABBY: [To herself] Oh, you're really going to regret going to the club. I'm really going to make you regret the day you met me.
[The Jonas' got home late that night after a few more interviews]
FRANKIE: Nick! Nick! Guess what?
NICK: Frankie, I'm exhausted. Can this wait till morning?
SARAH: I could come back.
NICK: Sarah?
[Nick was so excited he picked her up in a tight hug]
KEVIN: Hey Sarah!
SARAH: Hey Kevin
JOE: Hi.
SARAH: I'm sorry about what's happened.
JOE: It's not your fault.
[Joe walked up the stairs, and Kevin followed, leaving Nick with Sarah]
NICK: I'm sorry about the other day. I was an idiot.
SARAH: [Laughing] I know. But I thought you could all use a break from all this drama and some company.
NICK: Yeah, it's been a crazy day.
SARAH: Tell me about it?
NICK: I bet you've already heard on the radio or read it on the internet or newspaper.
SARAH: I have, but I want to know what's on your mind.
NICK: Right now, I only want to think about two things.
SARAH: Two?
NICK: Yeah, our new song, and you.
LANCE: [Smiling] Did you hear the Jonas Brothers' radio interview?
SHERYLL: [Sighing] No, Lance.
[Sheryll was having her make up done for the fashion show]
LANCE: That one boy, Joe, said that you and he are good friends and just this one statement is getting you more searches on the internet. People want to know who you are and what you do.
SHERYLL: Great.
LANCE: Perk up. I need you focused on that runway.
[Sheryll glanced one more time before she walked onto the runway. Focus. She had it as she made it to the end of the runway, but as soon as she turned around, she felt someone's glare on her. As Sheryll walked by, Gabby sent her a wink]
