I really don't think its because your asian or that rumor, which could be proved wrong by a simple math problem. Anyway, When you talk to a girl listen to what she has to say but pay attention to HOW she says it. Like when you ask her to go out and she says maybe. If she says it really sassy like thats means "Hell no get out of my face" and if she seems embaressed by the question she's just to shy to say yes but doesn't want to say no. And if she seems calm but nicely says it she's not/continue/

sure if she can or not, maybe she has plans with someone or if she still lives with her parents (highschool student or something) then maybe she doesn't know if they'll let her. She's not aloud to date yet but wants to in the future or thinks your a really good guy but just doesn't like you that way. Or she's too nice to say no. I have the to nice to say no problem myself.
