If you're referring to what UpperClassK9 said, well.. some guys and girls, mostly girls like to make really dumb gay pairings between guys they like not because the characters are gay, the girls just have perverted desires to see them as a couple, even between characters who'd kill eachother before being even friendly with eachother.

It actually was originally made in English so it wasnt dubbed. And the one by Funanimation isnt that bad.

Its ok. It just depends on who dubs the anime. There are always like 2 - 3 official dubs which sound better and rarely have the voice off. The problem is that most online are fan dubs.
